The Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Rubber (NBR) conveying belts of the paper sheeting machine are designed for durability, safety, and efficient performance. They carry the cut sheets to the stacking unit with ease. The NBR material gives the conveying belts excellent chemical durability, making them suitable for long-term use and ensuring they stay strong under continuous stress.

Anti-Static Bars along the conveyor prevent any static buildup on the sheets, allowing them to move and overlap smoothly. This added control improves stability throughout the sheeting process, reducing the risk of sheets misaligning.

The stackers are designed to create nicely leveled stacks and making handling easier in downstream processes. Stainless steel vibrating plates work together with back joggers to align each sheet as it’s stacked, ensuring uniform stacks.
