The high-grade Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Rubber (NBR) conveyor belts used in the paper sheeter machine provide a robust, safe and efficient means of transferring cut sheets to the stackers. The use of NBR in the conveyor belts also adds a layer of chemical resistance, making them well-suited for long-term industrial applications while maintaining their performance and resilience under constant stress.
As the cut sheets progress along the conveyor line, Anti-Static Bars come into play to eliminate any static electricity that may build up on the web. The Anti-Static Bars ensure that each sheet moves smoothly and predictably, enhancing overall control and precision in the sheeting process.
The stackers themselves are engineered to deliver perfectly leveled stacks of cut material on all sides, ensuring uniformity and ease of handling in downstream operations. Vibrating stainless steel plates work in tandem with the back joggers to carefully position and align each sheet as it is added to the stack, eliminating any potential for misalignment or uneven stacking.
In addition to these features, the stackers are equipped with a programmable tab inserter, allowing for precise tracking and marking of the number of sheets in each stack. Tab Inserter working example
